Background

With nearly 25 years of experience as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I've had the privilege of helping people from all walks of life navigate their challenges.

I began my career at the Silberman School of Social Work at Hunter College and have since worked in various non-profit agencies throughout New York City. I've provided counseling in both English and Spanish for people experiencing depression, anxiety, PTSD, work issues, chronic illness, and relationship problems. My experience includes working in a community mental health clinic, a mobile medical unit, and running a national breast cancer helpline, where I supported clients and their loved ones through the psychological and social aspects of their diagnosis. I also served as an EAP consultant, helping Fortune 100 employees and their families with issues impacting their professional and personal lives.

I'm committed to lifelong learning and regularly attend trainings to expand my skills, stay up-to-date on research and evidence-based techniques.
